Important Customer Service information:
- If you are interested in the K-NFB Reader, please go to http://www.knfbreader.com for more information and sales contacts.
- For those of you that are eligible for a free upgrade to Kurzweil 3000 Version 10, you must send back the voucher in order to receive your free upgrade. If you have not yet filled it out, please do so and send it back in per the instructions on page 2 of the file. No automatic upgrades will be sent.
Key Disk Request:
Key disks are only required for use with certain versions of Kurzweil 3000 for
Windows (standalone and network). If you’re experiencing difficulty with
Kurzweil 3000 for Windows version 8, 9, or 10 (standalone) or with Kurzweil 3000 for
Macintosh (network) please contact
Customer Service directly for assistance.
Product Registration and Activation:
All current versions of Kurzweil 1000 and Kurzweil 3000 allow for online registration and activation directly through the software. For those who would like to register their Kurzweil 3000 Network version, please fill out the online registration form. If you require assistance because of Internet problems, or you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, please contact Customer Service.
Status of an Order:
We’re happy to look into the status of an order you have placed with us. Please
contact
Customer Service and they will e-mail you with the status of your
order, and if available, a UPS tracking number.
Please note: If you provide a valid email address to your representative
at the time of the sales order, you will automatically receive an order
acknowledgement.
Missing or Damaged Product:
If you’ve received an order that you believe to be incomplete or if part of all
of your order is damaged in some way, please contact
Customer Service and a representative will be in touch with you to
assist with product replacement.
